I booked last minute (within 24 hours)due to cancellation of my other booking by online agent. If you have choices of same rate, better not follow my experience. Dirty, dusty, lack of facilities, lack of ammenities. The location is in Hamra st. If you plan not to stay in room more more than hours of sleep. May try subject to no allegy to dirty air. Seems that the air-con was ten years old without any washing whatsoever.
Restaurant Tip:
Hamra street is most expensive. Go to the street where American U of Beirut is located. Lot of good choices.

The hotel is dirty, old, bathrooms are a nightmare, I cannot think of anything positives during my entire stay - except for the location since it is located on Hamra main street - and close to most attractions in this touristic area

Three of us stayed in this hotel as part of our visit to support our Bahraini football team, Muharraq Sport Club. The place is conveniently located in Al-Hamra Street. However, the furniture in the hotel is pretty old and require refurbishment.
Nightlife Tip:
Al-Hamra street is only few minutes from the nightlife attraction in Beirut.
