* Newer Building & Nicer Rooms
* Service (Pleasing & prompt response)
* Rooms come with Balcony & view of Beirut
* Very Quiet - No traffic in front of hotel.
* Breakfast - Nice Variety (Hot & Cold dishes)
* Free Internet - Slow speed but free!
* Good Value
* Availability of iron & ironing board (the other two places I stayed didn't allow iron in rooms; had to send for dry cleaning to just iron my shirt.
* Small Rooms (especially for 2 twin beds).
* Location - Somewhat far from the city center.
* Construction on the main road leading to city.
* Drive to airport in mid day takes close to 1 hr.
Overall I was happy with my stay. Rooms were clean and new. Service was above average and I slept very comfy (unlike my stay in Hamra with traffic noise). It may cost a few dollars more than other 4 star hotels but if you don't mind the long drive (because of traffic and construction) to the city center and to the airport, it's worth it.
Shopping Tip : There's a grocery/mall nearby (walking distance) and the modern mall in Metropolitan Hotel is also very close.
