Arrived at midnight and the per arranged shuttle did not show up after asking many times that it was on its way ended up taking a taxi which was reimbursed Rooms were a bit musty but after a long trip it was a bed

Close to airport
The Hotel is close to the airport and Exhibition Center

This hotel is an older hotel. The rooms are fairly comfortable, but not great. It does have a nice gym and pool. There is a pub on the top floor that is nice. When I stayed this time, there was no internet available until I checked out the next day.

This is a tired hotel. The rooms were clean, but should be updated. If you want to leave the Hotel, you will definitely have to take a taxi. The room service was pretty good though.

Good location; tired facilities and decor

Although being in a good position for quick transfers to Muscat International Airport,the hotel itself has a rather dowdy feel to it. Bathrooms could do with updating; the resaturant food is a not very exciting buffet.
Had to cahnge rooms due to noisy TV neighbour who refused to reduce the volume of the music (Abba at midnight not the best way to get to sleep!)
There are other hotels in Ghala Industrial Zone beter sited for customer visits and at more reasonable price.

I like the hotel . very close to the exeption of oman and close to the airport also not far from main citycentre . but the reception was slow to crowded of poeple in that day .

It's very convenient for business man who will go to participate the show at Oman International Exhibition Centre since it's just three minutes walking.

Kept waiting during check in while staff took a phone call which sounded of a personal nature. Protested but totally ignored and after call completed no apology offered.
