The web page information stated that the hotel was a 4 star hotel. The building looked grand from the web page. Actually it is such a small buiding and doesn't deserve a 4 star rating. Was fooled by the advertisement.

Brand new hotel, but cheaply built

The hotel is brand new. It is however already is pretty bad shape. It is indeed built with cheap material. The shower did not work as it should, and the bed was broken. The roof top terrase is also in a bad shape.

We could hear everything in the room next door, including the crying babies in the middle of the night. The swimming pool was indoor but it was not heated, so it was too cold to use. The location is very remote so we spent a fortune on taxis. It would be better to spend more money on a hotel nearer the centre of Muscat.
