Nice hotel with disappointing services

You shouldn't have high expectation about the services available for the room. There is always inexplicable delays and annoying lack of response to a guest request. Tried to complaine but the management didnt care. Overall, it is not worth the money and the price added as the Ritz and I am not going to go back or recommend it to anybody. I would recommend though to visit the pool or the lounge.

Wonderfull Hotel
the luxuriousness of this hotel is very good, facilities, and staff are wonderfull... free valet parking is available. near to pearl city.

空港及び市内から遠いのが唯一のマイナスポイント。他はすべてでした。移動も空港及び市内からホテルへ戻るタクシーはありますが、ホテル発のタクシーはほとんどありません。結果、ホテルの車を利用しましたが意外とお安く利用できました。

Ihastuttava hotelli ja loistava palvelu
Ystävällinen, avulias henkilökunta. Tunnet heti itsesi tervetulleeksi tähän hotelliin. Loistava hotelli täydellistä rentoutumista haluavalle matkailijalle. Kiva allas alue.

Lyhyt, mutta rentouttava kolmen päivän miniloma. Hotellilla ihastuttava kylpylä erilaisine hoitoineen ja hierontoineen.
Yllätyksenä olin myös saanut huoneeseeni koristeltuja mansikoita, kortin ja hedelmiä syntymäpäivänäni. Kaikin puolin hieno luxus hotelli.
