السلام عليكم
الفندق جيد جيدا موقعة ممتاز حيث يقع في وسط الطائف وبجانبه اسواق, الخدمة جيده نوعاما, نظيف,لكن اقترح على ادارة الفندق ان يضعوا شتر على النوافذ او عازل للصوت لان اصوات ابواق السيارات (الهرن ) مزعجة جدا جدا .

Interesting city, great landscape and nice people are in sharp contrast to poor organization and service. particularly breakfast organization and room service requires improvement.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
platform on floor 31 in hotel which is about one km away.
trip to mountain areas around Taif.
road to Mekka with great landscape and views.

Clean hotel, well positioned, needs management
close to centre of town, comfortable room, staff friendly.

Taif is a good place to visit, plenty to see but you need a car.
The hotel is well positioned and maintained, but some things were not managed well, like:
* only one towel in the bathroom
* the room was not made up on our second night
* the restaurant only had room service menu.
Normal for Saudi? Maybe, but this is a Golden Tulip, and it did not come close to the standards of service that we get in Europe. The "International Standards, Local Flavours" motto is not met.
That said, they were a friendly lot, and we had a pleasant stay. I would probably go back.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Drive to Al Hada and take the highway down the hill to Mecca, then return on the main Riyadh highway. Spectacular.
