Close to Mosque
Close to shopping areas and Food places.
Friendly staff and very clean rooms.
Nothing particular, maybe little high on price.
I went for Umrah recently and for my stay in Medina I booked Elaf Taiba. I must say I didn’t regret my choice. Hotel is very close to the Mosque, though it is on back side of the mosque so for males there is still some walk before they get to their area of prayer but then it is very close to the female’s section. Staff was friendly and room was clean and spacious. Though little high on the price but if you want a hotel this close to the Mosque Elaf taiba should be your choice.

Very close to Masjid Nabawi and very clean.
No place to boil water for cup a coffee and no drinking water available for free.
Overall was very nice stay while I'm there close to Haram and can to go ziarah. Breakfast was excellent, service very good, staff very nice and had a very enjoyable stay. Will come back again

Good food, good service and accessible to all facilities because they are located at the centre near all the markets and shopping centre.
The telephone operator especially the one who assess for outside or overseas call they are not properly oriented, also the buffet supervisor he can't properly manage and supervise his staff.
I would recommend elaf tibah hotel for all my friends.
Being accessible and in good location, hotel services and facilities are also good, except some staff who need a lot of improvement.
Shopping Tip : Hotel is located in the city centre surrounded by all the shopping malls, sidewalk vendors and restaurants, everything that you need are with in the reach.
