Value for money but compromise with quality

This hotel is located near haram and consider good in term value for money compared with the hotel next to it. But the hotel had compromised the quality.
the manager has realized the situation and called me back to reception area.
The second, the hotel has given room with broken ceiling in bathroom. If the hotel knew since beginning why not gave room without any issue.

very nice hotel, close to mosque and shopping areaa and resturants. The only thing is they only provide tea and coffee on your arrival, and you have to buy it the next day!
