room service for food is good
cable connection was very poor,
chair was broken and was not replaced even by giving many reminders, poor internet connectivity, and sometimes no hot water.
the hotel is located at center of business center of city and it can provide more better facilities to the customers as most of customers are from other countries so they expect international standards and service from the hotel they are going to stay. so this hotel missed this thing a little.
