Close to the waterfront Corniche Road, this budget hotel is handy to the beach, the malls and the CBD. A short walk from the lively seaside promenade, the Al Diar Regency Hotel is in the center of the city, convenient to various multinationals and surrounded by restaurants and nightlife. Comprising spacious, simply furnished rooms, the property provides a small but functional kitchenette in each apartment, plus internet access, satellite TV and balconies with views. Visitors wanting to party can find all sorts of venues within blocks of the hotel - the Al Diar Regency itself also has a bar and club onsite, making a night out easy for those who want to be within stumbling distance of bed.

Being in Deira we were able to enjoy a more authentic Arabian ambiance than when we stayed at hotels in the newer part of Dubai We had rented a car and fount it a bit difficult to find the hotel at first. The staff was great, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is cute and well appointed. It was a great location from which we could walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy authentic Arabian food. It was also convenient to visit the various Souks, cross the creek in small boats and just enjoy the local ambiance. The room was comfortable and nice. Breakfast was also very good. The atmosphere of the hotel was most pleasant and welcoming. This was our first stay at a Rotana Hotel and would use this chain again if the opportunity came up. The fact that our next flight was leaving at 2:00 a.m. the following day and the hotel kindly allowed us a late check out was a most welcomed gesture as it allowed us to be able to visit nearby Emirates, go to the beach for a great swim, go to the Burj Al Arab for lunch, then come back to the hotel, freshen up and be better ready to embark on the next leg of our trip.
Travel tip : Really appreciated the late check out which was granted to us.

Price by agoda is good. Good restaurant is near by carpet need to be renewed If you are interested in shopping in Abu Dabi area, this is the perfect hotel for your to stay. Room size is big but carpet need to be renewed. I stay in this hotel for 2 nights and next time I will come again!
