Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

4 star price at 5 star experience.Welcome letter and fruit basket
Good security. Cameras everywhere. (Working or not is another question)
Quiet (in the middle of town) and the staff do not disturb you or invade your privacy.
Nothing much in the hotel. need to go out every time to look for food or entertainment.
Bellboy and security guard need to go for customer service training as compared to the front office.
Room are big and comfortable.
Amenities are of 5 star level even though it is rated as 4 stars. What you need is available in the room or upon request. Wonderful.
The welcome fruit basket was super with at least 8 pieces of fruit.
There was a DVD player, 46" LCD TV and lots of channels to view from. The business hotel room is set up in this hotel.
Near surrounding hotel to go for entertainment or food from other theme restaurants.
Food spread for breakfast has quite a reasonable choice as compared to the other 4 star hotels in the region.
In the beginning of Street 5, Hamdan street, lots of food outlets and shopping nearby. Walkable during Spring and Winter but not summer.
Only 2 restaurants i.e. Coffee House and Italian.
No entertainment outlets. Small Gym and business centre
No list of TV channels available in the room. Guest will need to float from channel to channel and record down on a piece of paper.
There are some channels not properly tuned and would be nice if the hotel mention if DVD are available for viewing in the room.
Nightlife Tip : There are lots of hotels nearby within walking with good nightclubs and pubs with live bands. Good crowd.
Please stay away from Howard Johnson. Horrible place.
Recommend Al Ain Place Entertainment outlets, Le Meridian and Novotel and Crowne Plaza nearby

Very friendly staff - good front desk team, spacious rooms, well cleaned and stocked. Good breakfast
not much really - it would have been good if the air con had a remote control
Very good find and an excellent value for money rate at this particular time of year through Agoda. Very decent rooms, spacious and well kept. A large bathroom. The facilities were all good. Rather a strange setting for the gym - which was on the fourth floor, and access to which was gained by walking through an office area. It was a bit off putting. Apart from that no complaints. Very friendly staff. Quite a find in a rather expensive town. The rate was excellent - but doesnt seem to exist anymore !! I woudl recommend the hotel.
Shopping Tip : a short taxi ride to the souks and markets in the mina area. Fish market and veg market - good fun and great views of Abu Dhabi from Souk Irani
