Spacious rooms excellent location in the city center
Regrettably, the receptionist I found upon arrival had no experience because I have ordered certain apartment in higher floor and she informed me that this apartment under cleaning and will be ready after an hour therefore I agreed to postpone my receive to the apartment until the completion of cleaning of that apartment, but after I return I got surprised that she gave the apartment to another guest and I consider this act as a sort of indifference

I have booked for a standard 2 bedroom apartment but been upgraded to a premium 2 bedroom apartment without extra cost as our their standard room was not available at the time we checked-in. There are few things that are not working like the lampshade on the dining table which they need to change the bulb just to work. It's difficult to get a wifi connection in our room that we need to arrange for a cable just to get an internet. Few things that I was impressed about like the LCD TV in the living room area has an internet connection where in a wireless keyboard & mouse was connected to the TV. You have an option to surf the internet wherein your monitor is a big television. They have more than 10pcs of water glass & wine glass available in the cupboard. The swimming pool is temperature controlled which is good as the water will not be too cold for my children specially it winter ( december 24 ) when we stayed there.

Great hotel - apartment had a great layout, was new, clean and very comfortable. A great location to start exploring Abu Dhabi.The large shopping mall with supermarket next door was very convenient.Only draw back was that pillows were too soft and dish washing liquid was not provided in kitchen.
