broken glass was on the bed
no fridge (we had to ask for one)
nothing to make coffee/tea (we had to ask)
no wash cloths provided
room in desperate need of complete upgrade (carpet, paint, fixtures, etc.)
parking was first come/first server (not included as indicated) This was a huge disappointment and we could have stayed in 4 or 5 star for what we paid. Parking WAS NOT included and see cons about. The most memorable was the broken piece of glass on the bed (from overhead lamp). I booked last-minute without checking other places, reviews, and sites, but never again...

This hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. The rooms and in act the entire hotel is really smelly, i had to keep my window open all the time to get the smell out.
IDD did not work, Breakfast was a joke, the refrigerator did not work, and request to have it looked at did not got done.
Nightlife Tip : If you are a non smoker --stay away from the Red Lion Bar in this hotel,
