Solo travelers United States of America, April 12, 2013	Not impressed like I thought I would be Valet service, customer service, 5.7 I had heard great things about this hotel only to be disappointed. They put me in room the was said to be approved by housekeeping as clean. This was not true. The room was livable until I looked at the carpet . It was filthy. In short, the manager was great and he changed my room to some a little more clean.

The little souvenir shop was closed (for good), there was no liquor licence. I was told that they had the licence until about 1 year ago. I would not stay there again. The window of my room looked out onto four grey walls, no view at all.
