Not impressed like I thought I would be

I had heard great things about this hotel only to be disappointed. They put me in room the was said to be approved by housekeeping as clean. This was not true. The room was livable until I looked at the carpet . It was filthy. In short, the manager was great and he changed my room to some a little more clean.

The hotel was ok, but I would not stay there again

The hotel must have been busier some time ago. The little souvenir shop was closed (for good), there was no liquor licence. I was told that they had the licence until about 1 year ago. I would not stay there again. The window of my room looked out onto four grey walls, no view at all.

one to one hotel is villas and i stay in second floor no lift and the rooms is very far of kitchens and room service i ask for one coffee they sent after one hour but they has good restaurents and nice foods

Average rooms design with good service
in the heart of Abu Dhabi location but still its peaceful and not crowded

My experience in this hotel was so and so , the service and cleanliness and its comfortable and you can sleep well , and the room arrangement like a village remain special , but there is one thing that my room has no window , only opening to dirty shaft open to the sky , and it was 3rd floor without lift , If I got my mother with me she will get will get mad at me , as no sign in advance telling we need to climb stairs which I don't expect from a hotel .

Lovely hotel but a bit far and no service lift!

It is not suitable for families with infants as because there is no service lift available. Imagine I need to carry the baby push cars, carry bags, etc. The worst thing is when I came back with shopping items, I need to walk few hundred meters and then to climb 2 floors to reach my room. This is very tiring

Handy location, huge room - even bigger bathroom!

had heard good things from friends using this hotel in the past - we were not disppointed! not as hard to find as it has been recently but still affected by the road & other construction work in the area at the moment (though this was not a problem within the complex).
check-in very quick & friendly. room was a good size, but the bathroom was enormous! some furniture a little shabby and no main overhead light - but bed very comfortable! main swimming pool is a little on the small side-and not very deep, but there are also small rooftop pools on some blocks if you want more privacy. breakfast was a treat. didn't have a chance to use any of the other restaurants, but plenty of choice-and the 24-hour operation could be a huge plus!
location is handy for shopping malls, corniche, bus station etc: not sure how easy to catch a taxi as the hotel is set back off the main road, but i am sure reception can arrange. parking was more of a problem in the evening due to an event at the village club (but this was during the eid holiday so would expect it to be busy!)
wish we had been staying more than just 1 night!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make use of one of the (small but deeper) rooftop pools for some peace & quiet if too many people in and around main pool.
