Our stay was amazing at the Shangri-La. We had no idea what to expect, but the staff were so welcoming, very friendly and helpful and made it feel as though you could ask them anything. We booked a safari tour through them which was incredible. We managed to book it only a few hours prior to the start of it which was excellent, worked out very well as we were only there for two nights. We were also provided with a bottle of complimentary water each in our room and we both drank them almost straight away. When we returned back to our room that night, they had been replaced again which was nice. The following day we took both with us again, only to return to our room with an extra two bottles each! They obviously noticed we were big water drinkers!! It was lovely that they paid that much attention. If I was to ever venture back to Abu Dhabi, although the hotel isn't exactly close to the city, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Amazing.

Friendly helpful staff. Great Restaurants. Good bell staff with lots of information on things to do and a FREE shuttle service

Fantastic in every way. Staff and the service you get and expect from Shangri-La is exceptional. There was a free shuttle service and little boats that took you from the hotel to the shopping centre and then Traders Hotel.

i enjoyed staying at this hotel. it was clean, great, comfortable and relaxing with nice view. warm wellcome at the reception, fruit basket and jasmin tea was provided as soon as enterde the room as mark of respect. i will stay again and recomend you to stay as well. regards
