the design, quality of rooms, restaurants and pools are excellent. however, the hotel is continually let down by minor service issues, which are compounded by a very poor management team who are arrogant and unable to deal with customer complaints. be aware that the grand prix circuit is typically used a couple of times a week (generally late afternoon/early evening) making the outside lounges very noisy.
Nightlife Tip:
You will be kept awake on Thurs/Fri whether you like nightlife or not because the music is very loud from the two late bars.

Lots of little problems - broken hairdryer, matches in bars the worst ever seen in any hotel (small, breakable), mini-bar not regularly re-stocked, no restaurant is open between 1500 and 1900 and they mainly close at 2300, with room service finishing at 2200 _ this is almost criminal for a 5* hotel. Hotel directly beneath airport flightpath.
Nightlife Tip:
Enjoy the nitespots allure above cipriani and the hotel's skylight bar because if you don't the music from them will keep you awake in your room anyway.

Great design and nice layout - close to the airport.

Having a new management did increase the number of sunbeds, but...... they look horrible and take away the glance of the design property.
There were less and other amenities that with the former management.
Restaurant Tip:
The Dim Sum whole day.

Hotel cercano al aeropuerto pero a 40 kilómetros de la ciudad. Tiene habitaciones muy amplias y de diseño. El servicio muy atento y la comida a la altura.
El UNICO inconveniente es la distancia a ciudad en caso de viaje de negocios.
