Good facilities, Dining ok 8.7 For Al-Ain, this was a good choice stay. With breakfast included in our room rate, it made it excellent value here. The Hilton breakfast was good. The facilities in the hotel were ok - the gym was quite good. The pool was ok too (3-4), although the 'fun parts' of the pool for kids were not functioning (like the slide). The location within Al-Ain was good if you have a car, as was central to the main tourist points of the city, such as the Zoo and Green Mabarrazah. All the staff we encountered here did a very good job, being warm and considerate. This hotel gave us a very warm and relaxed feel. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The Zoo was a good trip, if you have children. Hili-Fun City was a bit run-down, but would be a fairly decent choice if you have kids between 7-13,
Jon M. Couples United States of America, January 26, 2013	Nice hotel, great service, but a little dated Some good Restaurants, big room, good location 9 The staff where friendly and helpful. The room was big (junior suite) and clean although no balcony. Very good assortment of restaurants, some of the better ones in town. The location was great, easy to get to all the places. The hotel on the mountain might sound good but is too far out of the way and services was lousy. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Great things to see around town; oasis, forts, archeological sights, etc. Make note that lots of places close at 5pm. Camel market is fun to see but remember to negotiate before going with anyone (sitting on camels, etc), all prices are up for discussion.
