very satisfying, good staff and service. However had a problem with the initial airport transfer, where i ended up paying for my own cab fare, otherwise, an enjoyable experience.

Some are good, and some are bad

We are with 7 persoon. We got 1 4p suit free upgrade to a 6p suit. And it was Large. But all stuff are old, the AirCon of the 6p suit is not doing well in the room. We arrived early in the morning, but forget to tell in the booking, so we need to wait until 2pm to check-in. We all are tired and waste valurable time to recover/sleep. If we get early check-in, we can use half day more. The best thing we do is "Dessert Safari".
