I love staying at Al Manzil cos I'm not just a room number there but am known by my name! The staff are great, efficient and friendly and go the extra mile for you if needed! Rooms extremely comfortable and spacious, food great! What more can I ask for!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Stay at Al Manzil and you're within a stones throw away from shopping heaven, Dubai Mall!

Excellent hotel and close to many of the sites

I arrived early morning from a European flight - I was checked in instantly and in my room in a few mintes.
The room was quite spacious and elegantly decorated. Breakfast was additional but very good value - especially at Ramadan as the only alternatives were at other more expensive hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I thought the hotel and service were excellent.

i go back to the almanzil on a regular basis; the staff is always efficient and makes you feel welcome; i like the courtyard area - ideal for a romantic dinner or a shisha; the rooms are great (albeit the matress is a tad too firm for my taste)

Ideal location with good sized room

I had stayed at Al Manzil 12 months previously and enjoyed the visit, so opted to book in again. Housekeeping standards are very good, service is prompt and efficient. Pickup from the airport was a bonus after long flight.
Shopping Tip:
Short walk to Dubai Mall and the fountain.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Dubai, all more expensive than this one, and can say without doubt this is my favourite! The staff here are friendly without being obsequious, everything happened quickly relatively, reasonably priced. Pool staff anticipated what I wanted after only one day (sunshine early in the day, shade soon after), and was just exceptionally warm and welcoming. Only five minutes walk to Dubai mall, and lovely restaurants in the souk next to the Palace hotel, just next door. Am definitely going back again! Comfortable beds and pillows. Dry cleaning and laundry reasonably priced as is transfer fron airport.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Stayed on 8th floor with view over city - stunning cityscape at sunrise. Saturday buffet lunch was very good. Mini bar expensive as is glass of wine with dinner, so if you like to indulge, good,idea to buy a bottle at duty free. French champagne much cheaper than in Australia.
