Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Good hotel, great location
Roomy and comfortable, with great staff
7.7
The hotel's a bit of a challenge to find by car, but sits in a wonderful vibrany part of the old city, Bur Dubai.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A lazy stroll through the remodelled souhk over the road from the hotel brings you out onto the Dubai Creek. There, you'll find boats eager to take you on sight-seeing cruises or out for evening dinner cruises.

Great Location, rooms and exceptional staff
Spacious, elegant rooms with a great staff
10
I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very impressed. The location was great (near gold market), the rooms are spacious and elegant, but the staff is exceptional. They are courteous, professional, and accomadating. I paid half the price of another hotel across town and had a much better experience a the Arabian. This might have been my best ever hotel experience.
I would definatly recommend this hotel for your short or long term stay.
Shopping Tip:
Take the water taxi to the gold market on the other side

Great Hotel and very nice staff.
clean rooms, free internet, many reasonable eating options
10
i loved my 6 night stay at the arabian courtyard hotel and spa. i especially thought the free internet was an outstanding exception to the many hotels that truly take advantage of their clients with per day internet fees. the meals in the restaurants of hotel were good and fairly prices. i enjoyed italian restaurant with fairly priced and delicious food. staff very very friendly. they were very kind to me with a late check out and free shuttle to airport at 22:00pm. welcome fruit basket was nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxis were very fairly priced. . Hop-on/Hop-off route bus stops right at Dubai Museum across the road. The Creek water taxis are about 2 blocks away and cost 1 dh to cross the river.

Lovely hotel but reception service could be better

Great value for money; Spa services were incredible; great service from their staff and I was able to get all my beauty needs met without leaving the spa; the bed was gigantic, very comfy; my salmon salad which was all I could eat after 11:00pm was scrumptous; I will go back and stay for a longer period and sample all other services they offer. I have already recommended it to my friends and family.
Travel tip:
good value for money; wish I could have spent more than 12 hours.

Great Location- OASIS in the Centre of Town
Spacious rooms, peace and quiet, no traffic noise

The hotel was very centrally located and only a short trip by CAB from teh airport.
Check in was smooth and recieved an early check in as requested. The staff were very efficient and timely when anything was requested of them.
The rooms were of a good size, I satyed in teh Executive Suites, for a small price extra.
Breakfast was very basic and siomple, could have been better but at the price in general was fine. Complimentary transfers to teh Airport were on time and smooth. All up a great place to stay that was central to everything and I will definitely saty again.
Restaurant Tip:
The Indian resturaunt in the hotel was fantastic, highly recommend this.

Lovely hotel in great location
Location, clean light and airy rooms
9.7
This was our second stay at the Arabian Courtyard hotel.
The fist time there were a few problems, like door cards that wouldn't work, but we gave it a second chance because we liked the location so much.
I'm pleased to say we had no problems at all, everything worked !
Our room was large, comfortable, very clean and beautifully furnished with Arabian themed furniture.
The buffet breakfast had a large amount of choices, enough to suit any tastes. My only small complaint would be that the juice and fruit were not fresh but tinned.
As I said before we love the location, walk to all Souks and creek and cross by "Abra " walk the different Heritage areas. The Museum across the road is definetly worth a visit
Near plenty of great places to eat, along the creek or in the old quarter up near the roundabout.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check the opening times of any places you are going to see, as some places are closed in the early afternoon, and some don't open very early in the morning. But most thing seem to open at night,

Good bar and restaurants, in-room internet, sight-seeing within walking distance

This is a comfortable and sophisticated hotel, and over all we were content with our stay. The exercise room and pool are nice, though the pool is a little small. .
