Clean, well designed room. Free internet.
Air-con is hard to regulate
A fine choice if you like being in the old town, walking distance to shops and museum. It's quite far from some of the flash malls and offices and traffic can be very congested. If your rate doesn't include breakfast don't worry: lobby cafe serves Starbucks and croissants and staff are charming.

Not the best service recieved from hotel staff (pub staff were great though)
Not the standard that a 4 star should be
Weird smell in the room
Not the best stay, the reviews were over rated. The location was good for us, the room was 'apparently an executive' seemed like a standard 3 star room. The hotel was definately not to the standard of a 4 star.
The room had a weird smell in the bathroom on arrival, we flagged this up with the staff at reception, they said they will send somebody up to look at it, they sent somebody, he came into the room and then just flushed the toilet and said that it would resolve problem (although there was nothing in the toilet!)...the bath room still smelt...so in end we had to get our own air freshner to help get rid of smell!!

You can use Internet in your room. Hotel provides you LAN cable and password to access. 50 Dhs for 24 hours. These 24 hours is not continuous hours. So that you can use in several days.

Plane was safe even from the airport near midnight wearing. From nearby souk, the room was very clean and was convenient for sightseeing
There were no restaurants around the hotel.
First, because there just too bright, we take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. (Generally late fee 40DRH) room was very clean and in Arabic. Also, using the swimming pool is not too large. However, there is very気持Chi良Katta atmosphere. It is also delicious breakfast.
