Stayed for 2 nights in Atlantis.
Location wise its far from everywhere, you need taxi to get out.
The hotel facilities are top of the line, make sure you enjoy the facilities while you were here.
The hotel room was kinda less than what expected for the price paid.

Generally the stay is good, i love the bath tub, but the atlantis shopping mall and the aquarium sucks. foods, internet are expensive.

Quite far to everywhere from the palm island but a free entry of aquaventure is remarkable.

The hotel is crowded and full of noisy kids running around with no parental supervision. Service is way below 5-star minimum standard. For the price that they charge, Dubai has numerous hotel choices with much better services and hospitality.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you're really interested in the water park and the aquarium (The Lost Chambers), which I agreed worth a visit, you can buy tickets for these instead of staying in the hotel.

We splurged for our anniversay and it was well worth it.
If you want to enjoy the beauty, comfort, service of a beachfront hotel with a water park, huge aquarium and marine experience center, then this is the hotel to choose. If you want to shop, shop, shop, then stay closer to the malls in Dubai as the traffic can be bad driving back into town.
As a couple and were able to enjoy romantic evenings, sitting on the beach and a great holiday. However, there were lots of families with children, so it is a great place to bring your family as well. The hotel and staff are well organized to insure families, just couples and other adult travelers are able to have a good vacation without stress.
The hotel staff are 100% friendly, helpful and around every corner. The are available to help without being intrusive. They seem to genuinely want your stay to be perfect!
If you are able or offered an upgrade to Imperial Club, it is well worth the cost, as it icludes special lounge, concierge service, breakfast, afternoon tea, evening happy hour and it also includes the wifi cost.

Our stay was short, we only went there for the weekend. Overall atmosphere is very nice. You can stay 3 days only enjoying the hotel facilities. From pools, dolphin interactions, beach, aqua park, shopping mall and more!
Book your room to be on the beach side so you have a better balcony view at night.

Although not cheap, the value for money was simply outstanding. The politeness and service mindedness of the staff was exceptional, the room was spacious, clean as it can get, and top air quality. And the breakfast, just too much to choose from...warm and cold. Private beach, and then there was the park. Staying at the hotel gives all-day free access here and it's simply vast. I could easily fill two days just trying out all that was on offer, and mind you, I'm off the rather restless kin. And to top it, there were not one or two, but at least, if I remember correctly, 7 different restaurants serving all kind of delicious cuisine from sea foods to beef and pastas. Last but not least, the "blue" bar near to reception served several well mixed drinks where the balance of alcohol and taste was blended to perfection. All in all on the expensive side but worth every penny.

We booked one night at the Atlantis Palm mostly out of novelty and to experience from Emirati luxury. The entire hotel is over the top in a fun way - and the friendly staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The hotels aquarium and water park attractions made it feel like the place was over run with screaming children at times but there are plenty of adult options too - make sure you book a dinner at Nobu!
