Excellently presented hotel wiht willing staff

Staff could not have been more helpful and even found lower cost car hire firms for me.
Bed was rather firm and lumpy - but that may just have been mine!
Rather pricy but it was a holiday and everywhere had raised costs.
Shopping Tip:
Very, very convenient for Mall of the Emirates.

Stayed at auris plaza for 4 nights on a buisness trip. The hotel was pretty standard and not really living up to its 5 star rating. The overall location of hotel is ok bring close by the mall of emirates but unfortunately have to walk through a huge sand pit to reach the distant car parks of the mall. The room was good stayed in an executive room which included usage of executive lounge. This probably was the best feature of the hotel. Breakfast average and the gym and pool small.
Overall would definitely not go back as there are too many lovely hotels in dubai.
