They Cut the power and furnitures was missing

These apartments are located at fairmont residences at palm Jumeirah. We where promised Pool, beach and training facilities. The pool area was superb but we had to pay extra to use the beach and the training facilities which was very expensive 50DHS per person per day. When we arrived the forks knives and plates was filthy dirty and the bedding/sheets in the bed smelled of sweat. We had 1 day without electricity in our room, the people in the lobby told us its because the local agent didnt pay the electricity bill. We payed extra to get the deluxe appartment with a big terrace but it did not have furniture so we couldnt use it.

Great area with large appartment

The appartment owned by a person so anything needed i had to call him and no answer as my first night went without finging the location so i have to booked my first night in a near by hotel , the bed sheet and blanket and towels are very poor, you need to get your own, no shmpo no conditioner, the wifi password wasnot working .
By the way the appartment name is south residence not beach residence and locat right beside firmont hotel
The appartment has no services whatsever, it is not a hotel it is an appartment
Travel tip:
Need a car to reach most of known sites in Dubai
GBR Nd Dubai Marina are 5 min. Drive but down town is far a way almost 15-20 min drive with no traffic
It is too loud outside as it is located be side the main road of the palm

Smelly rooms and bad cleaning
It is in good location but the owner not respecting and answer the phone

I was waiting more than 1 hour for check in. They allow me to check in around 14:30 Dubai time. I called the aigent two days before and I was asking for early check in and she agree. The room wasn't clean at all Alain it was smelly and the blanket and pillow doesn't chanef too and dairy
