Nice hotel with good location
Near metro station and many restaurant nearby

I'm happy staying in this hotel. Location is good because it's near the metro station, just only 10 minutes walking. Breakfast is quite ok and I could find many restaurant near the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Dubai Mall, reaching by the metro just only few stations.

The residence is located in Bur Dubai, within walking distance to a major regional mall called BurJuman and various restaurants around the mall. The residence itself is not well known so most taxi drivers need specific directions. The building itself and the room have an unpleasant odour but we get used to it eventually. Poor lighting, not well-lit. Staff are generally kind and helpful. Decorations are average. Room is quite spacious with a balcony. Breakfast included, but is also just average.
Restaurant Tip:
Highly recomment Ravi Restaurant opposite to BurJuman, which serves delicious and cheap Pakistani food

Ok apartment hotel, big and clean rooms

ok apartment hotel, but nothing why i would come back. service was poor, one night there didn't come water, microwaveowen didn't work (but they replaced it), apartment was dark, but rooms were big and clean. they didn't have a baby's chair. that was a big minus to us. it was very difficult to feed him without a mess. location was good if you would like to stay near creekarea (jumeirah or marina would have been a better choise, but ofcourse that wasn't belvede court hotel apartments falt). breakfast was fine. roomservice/cleaning staff was very helpful.

great location but average service

okay the positive points first:-
- very very good location. bang on the main road
- metro about 10 mins walking distance. so commuting is never a problem
- very near to a lot of restaurants on the street
- breakfast is good
- housekeeping service is good
- we were upgraded on arrival to a one bedroom apartment from a studio which was really a sweet gesture and we are very very thankful of the same
- there is a washing machine in the room and spinney's is just next door. so you can buy a small packet of washing powder and have your clothes washed at the hotel itself.that's good.
the negatives:-
- internet damn slow although they charge for it.when complained said that no other room has this problem as if i am a liar
- during breakfast, there is practically no service at your table. the staff is only concerned about refilling the buffet
- when asked the staff at reception to deliver a copy of the print out that i had e-mailed them, they said to come down and collect it. they apparently have no staff to deliver it to the room.had to call the director of sales to complain and then it was delivered to my room within a few minutes time.
- had asked for a late check out and was told that they cannot give. when we packed our bags at 12 noon and asked for the baggage collection, we were told that we can now use the room for another one and a half hour. duh!we are ready and have packed everything. what's the point of late check out now and also what kind of communication is this? nobody told us that we can keep the room for some extra time.
all in all, a good hotel and value for money but service standard needs to improve.

Good location and close to all amenities. Metro is also close to the Hotel and very convenient to travel down town and most places that a tourist wants to visit. Overall I had a great stay the only thing I found was that there was a smell in the bathroom and on my last day I found that they had not replaced my face wash and bath mat, when I called them and told them they said that whether I was leaving today and they would send one up, I waited for it almost an hour and then had to call them again, and got a same reply, called them twice after that and then finally received it. Was annoyed at the end. But overall it was a good stay.

Great room, much larger than expected, clean, blockout curtains, great breakfast. Seemed to be a popular hotel, very busy. Found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Great location with a supermarket around the corner and metro a 5 min walk away.

i stated 2 nights and had good time. i arrived early morning then it was friday so no any shops are open so i had breakfast at hotel restraint.
many choices are there and really enjoyed food.
if u want have good and relaxing breakfast i recommend to go earlier otherwise too many ppl, sometimes short of food, although they always filled food but soon empty.
facility was included washing machine that i liked.
with bathtub was good to relax.
cleaners come everyday and overall i really enjoyed to stay there.

Nice Hotel for the Cost and location

This was my first time staying at this hotel and i was very impressed with the staff and the up keeping of the hotel. It's close to all the major shopping areas or just a short taxi ride away. The rooms come complete with everything you need to cook your own dishes if you don't like to eating out and just want a taste of your home cooking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who like the hotel/appartment. I plan to stay at this hotel again in the near future. The only short coming i find is the internet is not free has to be use 24 hours after you start using it

Good value for the money spent & great location

enjoyed staying at the hotel, lovely decor, clean & spacious. the room also catered for all my needs. the staff were polite & friendly without pushing!
the only negative was having to wait for my room. i arrived at 04.30hrs & was sitting in the lobby till 10a.m. when i had to ask again for a room! [i had sent a note when i booked to say i would be arriving around 6a.m but it did not seem to make any difference to the receptionist].
by 10a.m i was hungry, megatired & need to freshen up. i eventually paid for breakfast & got a room soon after that.
other than that my stay was quite pleasant.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The best way to sightsee is to use the big bus tour as there is a running commentry You can listen to to learn more about Dubai & hop on & off to explore places of interest as often as you please. There are also reduced prices if you buy tickets for a few days.

we extended our stay for one night because everything was going so well at the hotel. maybe we were misinformed, or just misunderstood beforehand, but we were disappointed that our room didn't have a whirlpool. also, the pool facilities don't have a working jacuzzi. other than that, our stay was enjoyable and we had no complaints.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We recommend walking down the corniche. It's a nice area, has good souvenier shopping, you can easily go on a dinner dhow cruise, and there's something to see at all times of day. It's a 45 minute walk from the hotel, or 2 or 3 stops away on the Metro.
