Great Location, Fantastic Hotel, Friendly staff

i arrived at the hotel 6 hours before the check-in time, the staff were very helpful and allowed me to check-in early without any charges (complimentary).
when i entered the classic suite i was impressed with the style and quality of the suite. it was very spacious and had a nice living room with big couches and a dining table.
i also had a washing machine, electric cooker, fridge, freezer and a microwave. this is not normal to have in a hotel and was a bonus.
the views from the hotel's balcony are lovely. the room was very clean and if you required assistance the staff were very quick to help.
during my stay i didn't experience any problems with the hotel or anybody within the location. the staff and locals are very friendly, they love to help.
the location was perfect as it has many shops and supermarkets close by. the hotel have their own shopping centre which is connected to the hotel building and it has many nice restaurants and shisha lounge. i would recommend going to 'zone lounge' for shisha.
the hotel is only 2 minutes walk from burjuman metro station and it has many links to the places you would like to visit. the dubai metro runs a very good service however sometimes it could be very busy and packed.
the taxi's in dubai are nice and they offer a good service, a meter is always used for any journey that you make so you can be assured not to be ripped off.
people in dubai are very nice, helpful and welcoming. i had no issues during my stay and it was very safe to travel around.
i highly recommend this hotel as they have high standards and quality service. i would visit this hotel again if i came to dubai.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Dubai Marina - Great location to relax and enjoy food, drink and shisha. Many yachts and tall buildings surrounded by cafe's and restaurants. Great scenery whether its day or night and very comfortable seating areas outside in various restaurants.

Beautiful hotel apertments

I had a real great time in Burjuman Arjaan Rotana. The one-bedroom apartment I stayed is big, very functional, bright and with a nice view. Furniture is very good quality and many TV cable channels are available. Bathroom products are very good quality. Accessorized kitchen and wash+dryer machine. Staff is very helpful and professional. Directly connected to Burjuman mall that is full of dining and shopping options. Spenneys supermarket is two minutes away by car or five minutes by foot. Internet is not included in the package and is expensive, perhaps the only non positive thing.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

words cant describe the service, the rooms at this hotel. one has to stay here to experience it. The staff goes out of its way to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
The rooms are well appointed, very tastefully done and extremely comfortable.
Plus its a great center point for all the nite life dubai has to offer, nothing is more than 15 mins away by taxi

i made a reservation for the deluxe 1-bedroom suite and had a prior request for a higher floor. at the time of check-in, i was pleasantly upgraded to a kind-bed deluxe suite on the 20th floor and my request for accommodation on higher floor was already very carefully noted. the concierge was very prompt and helpful in arranging for my travel needs and were always available for travel tips, directions, etc.
the courtesy levels were top-notch, so was the in-room service and housekeeping.
it was a very pleasant stay !
