To be honest the check in experience is horrible. Our plane arrived at 2am and thus we have requested for early check through Agoda's self-service. I also email the hotel to make sure this request is being looked at, as otherwise we would arrange to book an additional night. No one replied and when we arrived at 6pm, the receptionist told us that there aren't any rooms for early check in, even though we are happy to pay the extra money. We then had to leave and came back at 2.30pm (Agoda's check in time is 2 pm), but still we need to wait till 3pm to get the room. Staff told me that this is all because of company policy, but I don't buy that and wrote an email to the management. The reply that I got is really unusual, as they said they "do not apologises for the inconvenience". I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel as their customer service is not up to standard (BTW they also have problem with toilets and house keeping, and this check-in issue is a repeated problem).
