A pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel

The stay was pleasant, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We stayed three in a room, with a additional bed, though it wasn't three towels or cups. The hotel has it own travel agency, which was also friendly and had many suggestions and it was no problem to order a trip even to the same day. The hotel can arrange beach shuttles and airport transfer.

Excellent value for Money
Quiet Surroundings, Close proximity to Metro and In-house Convenience Store.

Wonderful. I had tried unsuccessfully to get a room in a hotel I had stayed in earlier in the same area. The room at the Comfort Inn was more spacious and comfortable. Also the staff were corteous and helpful unlike what I experienced at The Auris First Central.

Great Hotel Apartments
Special room rate received , convenience in relation to Dubai Knowledge Village and Metro

Greeting from Reception on arrival was very pleasant and check-in was smooth. I requested complimentary internet, and received it without any hesitation.
I was allocated an Executive Suite on the 14th Floor. On entering the room, it had a very bad odour. At first I thought it was a sewerage smell, but then realised the smell was coming through the Aircon and smelled more like cooked cabbage! The attendant also noticed and was most apologetic.
Housekeeping also arrived to check the bathrooms etc, but the smell was there to stay.
I was immediately offered another room for the night (a two bedroom), but would have had to move to another room the following day. I had a late check-in and a very early start and was not likely to return to the hotel until late the following evening.
I opted to stay in the suite, as to all intents and purposes I was only going to be there in the evenings.
I stayed for 5 nights, and essentially I got used to the odour, which sometimes wasn't that bad and occasionally not noticeable at all.
I CANNOT complain about this hotel, as the staff were all very, very helpful and polite. I was offered the choice to change rooms, but at the time it just wasn't convenient for me to do so.
The apartment was clean and in good repair with basic utensils/crockery available in the kitchen, with a washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.
There is flat screen TV in the main lounge area with another one in the bedroom.
You need to provide your own TEA/COFFEE/MILK/SUGAR etc as this is not provided, even though there is a kettle, with cups and saucers etc.
There is a conveniently located supermarket open 24 hours a day just outside the hotel lobby. Fruit/vegetables etc available as well as most other basic commodities; all fresh and reasonably priced.

very relaxing stay. the mini-mart located on the grounds supplied all needs. the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was perfect. kitchen has all amenities and the bed was nice and soft. will stay again and recommend to all my friends!!

Clean & Nice Hotel, we comfortable with the room. But a small accident that it fused the electric supply by using their hair dryer, this happend twice, so scary.
