Great hotel , deserves more than 3 stars. Personnel are so kind and helpful. Clean and neat rooms.8 minutes drive to Dubai Mall. Parking is available. One thing is the WIFI as they give you only one 1hr free then costy.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Location is great. Our room had a nice lounger big enough to accommodate my 3 year old son as bed.
The elevators are equipped with features to enhance security for the in-house Guests. You can not use the elevator to go to Guest room floors unless you swipe your Room key. As we were given only ONE Room key, this feature bacame a nuisance for me. The Hotel MUST provide TWO Room keys for persons staying as families so that they don't end up in a confusion whether to take the key for using the elevator or to leave it inside the room for electricity socket. You even cannot access the stairs from Ground Floor. Really Annoying!!!

It was a good and calm stay. Room design is nice. However, I booked through Agoda at about 10pm. Two hours later upon my arrival, the check in took half an hour. The receptionist claim that they did not receive the booking. Anyway, they upgraded me. Check out also took about 15 min. Haven't tried the food or facilities so can't comment.
