Couples United Kingdom, February 23, 2013	Excellent service Belgian Cafe Terrace overlooking Creek, Its close proximaty to the Festival Mal and concert event arena. 9.7 We stayed at the Crown Plaza due to attending a concert at the Festival event centre. It was a good choice as it it connected to its sister hotel, The Intercontinental which then leads into the Festival Mal. We had a superior room overlooking the Creek which has lovely views of the Dubai Skyline.The Belgian Cafe with its numerous Belgian beers is a nice venue to have a snack on the terrace. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Good location if attending the Festival City Events
