Reception area could be improved as it doesnt reflect the real quality of the hotel,
The internet connection is a bit slow but works.
I stayed about a week in this hotel during a week of training, the experience was pleasant great staff, good service and genuine refreshments quality. There is a good variety of restaurants and several clubs as options for nightlife.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
The hotel is located close to the airport yet still in the range of all dubai shopping malls as well.

Generally Friendly and Helpful Staff
Nautical Theme!
Reasonable Breakfast
Dingy, poorly lit room
Shoe cleaning service poor (did not use polish!)
Fake bacon (beef bacon) at breakfast
The hotel was a little out of the way for my liking but I thought the nautical theme was an interesting touch.
Reception lad was a little rude when he walked down the counter and started serving another person before he had finished with us.
I found the room really dark and dingy and had to move the table lamp over right next to the bed in order to read.
Shoe cleaning service was a waste of time as all they did was wipe an instant shine cloth over the shoe!
Good service and tasty bread at breakfast but was disappointed that there was no proper pork bacon.
Had to wait about 10-15 minutes for doorman to flag down a taxi in the evening which was a pain.
Overall though cheapish and cheerful!

This 5star-hotel is a lovely place n affordable too!
The rooms are large,comfortable,very clean & tidy.
The on-the-house breakfast was a sumptous delight.
The entire reception staff were all very courteous and hopitable.
I hope they maintain these high standards.
One of the best places to stay in while in Dubai.

In a large, elegant room.
Range up to the bedroom was large and elegant side Was a good breakfast. The pool was a little jakeunpyeon yieoteuna jeulgilman Thinks maybe once.
Shopping Tip : 5 minutes by car away from beojyuman Shopping Center and Mall in Dubai has a free shuttle to the station's convenience.
