Couples Mauritius, April 26, 2013	very enjoyable-relaxing- comfortable very nice staff- clean- well situated 9.3 My husband and myself were very pleased with our stay at Donatello Apartments.We got very good service at all levels.The staff is very helpful and courteous-and very attentive. one feeels very much at home. Weee felt so nice that we extended our stay. It was just too good.Will recommend to one n all..Many eating places all around.Many spas next to hotel.Walking distance from Mall of Emirates.

I had called in to say we were checking in early and will pay the walk-in rate for an extra night - FRANCESCA from reservations confirmed, and even said IT WAS LOGGED ON HER SYSTEM. come check in, nothing was there.FRANCESCA then said she doesn't know anything about it and that she didn't get a notification. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE WHAT SHE IS DOING. GO FIND A JOB ELSEWHERE!
