the room is clean and tidy. the continental breakfast is good. the staffs are friendly. the hotel is close to the airport.
the bars are a little noisy.
the hotel is only 10 mins from the airport, not to worry about traffic jam. there are 2 supermarkets and restaurants nearby. the room is neat and tidy. the bathroom is clean. the continental breakfast is good.the staffs are friendly. we had an early check-in at 5.00 am on arrival.that was great!

Friendly staff, Complimentary breakfast included in hotel rate, good value for money through Agoda, close to Airport and Qussais Free Trade Zone
carpets in room require more cleanliness although toilet and bath was clean.
I had a pleasant stay at Grand Hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Shopping Tip : Close to shopping centre.

Good Food, great for Indians.
Good Service.
Convenient Location for me at least.
Poor selection of cereals, especially for non-Indians.
Had to change rooms as in the previous room (328) we could hear the thump of the music from the Dhaba at night, if the A/C was off.
You have to be Indian to enjoy your stay in the hotel. Being from India, I enjoyed the food, which was close to the home cooked experiece.
On few occassions I had the family over to eat lunch and dinner and the service was great at par with the great taste of the food.
The only dissapointing thing was the breakfast, there was a poor selection of cereals.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Dinner on the Dhow.
Sand safari, great experience, but don't sit at the back. The front and middle seats are good, especially after a heavy meal.
