Important Information:- Please don’t clear immigration/Customs as Dubai International Hotel is situated inside the terminal building of Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
- Passengers arriving on Emirates Airlines will be allocated rooms in Terminal 3 hotel as Emirates arrives and departs from Terminal 3.For passengers arriving on their airlines, the room will be allocated in Terminal 1 hotel as other airlines arrive and depart from Terminal 1 or Terminal 2.
- Passengers arriving from Terminal 2 should not clear immigration/customs and should proceed to the nearest transfer desk and advice the transfer desk staff that you have a hotel booking in Dubai International Hotel and flying out from Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and requested for transfers from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3
- Checked-in baggage cannot be brought inside the Dubai International Hotel. Please check with the airline/travel agent with regards to the baggage transfers.

Staff were spot on and took control of our needs from meeting and escorting us from terminal to noting details of our departure gate on our boarding pass.

Wonderful. The staff really cared about us and made sure that we were up in time for our flight and directed us to the correct departure gate. They were the best!!! Being met by a nice young man when we got off the plane at midnight was the perfect introduction to your hotel.
