Emirates Concorde hotel with an excellent location near lots of shopping malls & attractions such restaurants, cinemas etc,,,. We booked one double room for two nights & when getting there they upgrade us to a 3 bedroom suite which was a very big one & are clean. We were surprised when the staff in the reception told us about the 3 bedroom suite & they told us to use any room that we will like. We only used one bedroom & most of the time we were outside for shopping sightseeing. The staff were helpful.
Good value of money because we paid for one room & got 3 bedrooms!!!!
The only problem that we faced is the lobby area. The entrance of the hotel & the shopping complex was the same & it was noisy.
I recommend staying in Emirates Concorde hotel for short stay & for those who wish to visit Naif Souq area.

The hotel and staff were both of 5 star standard. Unfortunately Agoda hadn't informed the hotel we would be checking in early, meaning our room wasn't ready. Thich meant we had to get ready for lunch in the health suite which was absolutely BOILING!! Getting dressed next to a sauna and steam room isn't the best. However they had the room nearly ready within 45 mins so we could drop our things into the room before we left for lunch.
