Unsafe, unclean, very noisy and annoying

I would never recommend this hotel to anybody: the check-in took us more than half an hour (on Thursday morning only one attendant was taking care of the check-ins at the reception desk). We got upgraded from Deluxe room to Junior suite, which was a nice surprise at the beginning...unfortunately, the following morning we realized the room door was not locking when going out: it took us three angry calls to the operator before the maintenance staff showed up to check and fix the door. When we came back in the evening, surprise! We realized the door had never been locked by the cleaning staff and stayed open the whole day... When we complained with the security manager, he was not caring at all: after a lot of messing around we finally got a new room, larger than the previous one, but probably not cleaned for the last three or four weeks...

There was an issue for checking in on their system which affecting all guests as I spent 4 hours to check in my room!!
Every thing with charge even when I asked them to print one paper from Internet they told you will charge 30 AED for one hour!!!
Valet service takes time as their parking in another building (not connected with hotel building)

We stayed at this property for 2 nights.We booked a one bedroom suite which was upgraded to a premier suite. Lovely rooms, great location, friendly staff and fast service although it was super full. The only problem we faced was at check out time. The receptionist claimed that we replaced a chips can from the mini bar which we never did. She insisted on charging us 15 DHS and didn't listen to us. This was the only thing that bothered us.

My wife and I booked this hotel for two nights through Hotelopia. My advice after dealing with both is DONT! Using Hotelopia web site, transfers were booked both ways. Very confusing in the end no cab to pick us up from airport-so we got our own. Cost 77 dirhams (in Aus money approx $19) The check in, a nightmare. Handed the desk a letter confirming reservation,must have caused a big problem. Waiting,waiting,twenty minutes later I asked is there something dodgy here as there were so many calls being made to the reservation center. Five minutes more delay was told.
After nearly an hour we were on our way, no help with the bags mind you. As some of the patrons have stated very unhelpful nor polite.Need to copy the attitude of the Singaporean Hotels. Room pretty good for a suite. just a minimal amount of tea bags /coffee. Breakfast was nice ,plenty of choice, but some of the helps did not understand english too well. Three times I had to request a lead to connect to internet, very poor service here.
As Hotelopia got flight times mixed up, it appeared that the cab would call just as the flight was going across the Gulf, so we got our own cab three hrs earlier and it only cost 26 dirhams(A$6 approx ) yet we were charged A$40 by the booking company,something to consider. Emailed booking company about problem no reply came until two days later. They stated I should have rang emergency number-where, I never saw one.
Handy for metro station is a positive . If there is a next time I would go elsewhere, some of the staff need training in customer service.
With the lost cab fare, cost was A$633-not good.

Upon arrival the hotel lobby looked like a hostel full of people sitting around. Check-in was quite a lengthy process as well. Clean and spacious room with a full kitchen.
