i really like their spacious room and clean, the bathroom also spacious & clean too. the staff, from recepsionist, porter till cleaning service they all are very nice and service with smile. the breakfast also good, but the most important is location very good, the hotel very close to metro station just cross the road, there are some restaurant, supermarket, laundry and also massage shop infront of the hotel, mall of emirates only one station if you go by metro. how ever as a single traveler and a woman i felt comfortable staying in cassels hotel for 5 nights. i think if i come to dubai again, i will stay at this hotel again

Only 20 mins from airport, situated near Shiek Zayed rd., fairly new hotel

location ok, situated between main town area and the palm, next to metro station and close to mall of emirates so convenient for sightseeing.
massive amounts of development going on so difficult to walk around local area however was 40 degrees celsius also!
airport trip cost about 60 dirhams (approx $17) sightseeing very good value, tour desk staff very helpful.
had drinks and tasting plate at sky view bar burj al arab, amazing hotel, expensive but worthwhile!
arrived very early in morning so unable to check in until 10 am, would suggest booking another night if arriving early.
hotel cleanliness fine, no view from the room but big room and well equipped.
rooftop pool and gym fine but no shade around pool area.
breakfast adequate but unremarkable.
Restaurant Tip:
burj al arab a must!
