The staff were wonderful and the service I received at this hotel was excellent.
Hotel restaurant is horrible and not worth trying. Food terrible, service apologetic. Warned about breakfast
Stayed here two nights. Extremely clean comfortable and well equipped room. Very good value, close to the airport and great views. Diera shopping centre just a 5 minute walk which has everything you would need to eat or buy. Great facilities and staff very helpful. Hotel restaurant is horrible and not worth trying. Arrived very late and too tired to go anywhere. Only one other diner in restaurant...ominous. Food terrible, service apologetic. Warned about breakfast from lonely diner, but it was included in the price! Re-heated microwaved waffles are not pleasant . They could be a little more generous with the towels, as one each was not quite enough. Get a new chef and it would be great!
The best thing about this Hotel is the Location:
The hotel is adjacent to the mega Deira City Center mall so shopping is a mere 5 minute walk away. The DCC has a wide range of restaurants and food court options for convenient eating. Groceries can be purchased at Carrefour, also in the mall. You can also get free shuttles to many Dubai locations/areas at City Center, saving you money on taxis.
Shopping Tip : The best thing about this Hotel is the Location:
The hotel is adjacent to the mega Deira City Center mall so shopping is a mere 5 minute walk away

Clean, spaces, convenient and everything fully equip
Speed of internet is slow, food in the restaurant is no good, there are only one restaurant and one cafe in this hotel
A very good hotel, everything is good, except that food in the restaurant is not very good. As stated in the Agoda website while we do our booking, internet is complementary but when we arrived the hotel, the staff at the check-in counter told us is chargeable. Fortunately, they managed to give us complementary upon our compliant.

Quiet area; nice large rooms;
Difficult to hire taxi; expensive internet service;
In Hong Kong or China, most of the hotels provide free internet services. But you need to look carefully before you choose your hotel in Dubai. In Flora Creek Hotel Apartments, they charge 30D (approx. 8.5 US Dollar) per hour for internet service and you cannot find any free internet access, even in the lobby cafe. Maybe this is something to look at before you decide your hotel in Dubai.
Restaurant Tip : Always choose the restaurant inside a hotel where they can serve real bears.
