Nice but a little bit disapp

We stayed there for 8 days beginning April and were 6 people. The hotel is perfect depending on which kind of holidays you're going to do. We have visited and wanted to relax. Here my positives and negatives feelings:

spacious rooms ( 3 bedrooms appt. ) - each with its own bathroom
clean and well maintained
2 minutes walk from a mall with a Carrefour and a food court
next to the metro station Deira
5 minutes in metro and 8 minutes away from the airport
Most of the people working there were really nice and helpful.

Despite the metro - it's located far away from the Dubai Marina and the Emirate Mall, etc
so we spend a lot of time in the metro and spend a lot of money in taxis travelling from one point to the other
Apart from the CityCenter located in front of the hotel - there is nothing else around, you need to take the metro each time ( or taxis )
The rooms are clean and spacious but a little bit outdated
The pool area is very small - 15 people and it's overloaded: only a dozen of poolchairs and in the afternoon no more sun over the pool - after a day trip in Dubaï it's always nice to rest at the pool but not really here.
Now the price we paid was reasonnable and I found a really good deal for these 8 nights but for a little more I would have preferred to avoid spending such a long time in the metro and taxis and have a better pool to relax with the children.

We were upgraded without even asking and had so much space it was fantastic. Great staff!
This hotel/apt was superb value for money. Have recommended this hotel already to many people.

Lovely hotel

We were recommended by our friends to stay there and it was really worth it. We went for our business trip and relaxation also. The room was clean and its big too. The location was just nice since Deira city centre is just few minutes walk from the hotel where you can get basically what you want. The staffs were friendly and helpful throughout our stayed there.

Our stay in Flora Park was wonderful and trouble free. The staff were very friendly and obliging and very helpful.
The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped. The free wifi facililty has proved to me very useful.
The staff do not have an indifferent attitude towards guests as my wife had thought that she mislaid her expensive ring and the staff went out of their way to locate it for her.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is in close proximity to all the all the shopping areas due to its locality in regards to the transport network.

Nice hotel with large rooms and living room

Great service. Arun the concierge, was the best we've ever met. We had a big family and he was able to order transportation for us to service our every needs. The rooms and living rooms were very spacious. Swimming pool was heated which was great because we were there in December (outside temp was chilly.) No complaints, completely satisfied!
