Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was not good. Shower went all over the floor. Lack of towels - no hand towels until requested. Good tea and coffee facilties with plenty of suppliess and bottled water. Furniture all needs a good clean, it has greasy finger marks all over it.

What a great find - handy to Metro, shopping and hotel had a great travel desk! I had booked a one bedroom apartment this had a powderoom, lounge/dining, kitchen with table and chairs plus large master and good sized ensuite with bath and separate shower. Bed was nice and comfortable.

I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. The bathroom was not good. The shower went all over the floor and there were no hand towels until requested only two rather thin bath towels. Furniture looked as if it good do with a good clean there were finger marks over everything. Tea & coffee making was good with plenty of supplies and bottled water.When we arrived early in the morning we were told we couldn't check in until at least 11am unless we paid an extra $74.50. They had plenty of rooms available. As is was early we paid the extra under duress but had difficulty getting a receipt so it seemed like a scam.

Nice but a little bit disapp

We stayed there for 8 days beginning April and were 6 people. The hotel is perfect depending on which kind of holidays you're going to do. We have visited and wanted to relax. Here my positives and negatives feelings:

spacious rooms ( 3 bedrooms appt. ) - each with its own bathroom
clean and well maintained
2 minutes walk from a mall with a Carrefour and a food court
next to the metro station Deira
5 minutes in metro and 8 minutes away from the airport
Most of the people working there were really nice and helpful.

Despite the metro - it's located far away from the Dubai Marina and the Emirate Mall, etc
so we spend a lot of time in the metro and spend a lot of money in taxis travelling from one point to the other
Apart from the CityCenter located in front of the hotel - there is nothing else around, you need to take the metro each time ( or taxis )
The rooms are clean and spacious but a little bit outdated
The pool area is very small - 15 people and it's overloaded: only a dozen of poolchairs and in the afternoon no more sun over the pool - after a day trip in Dubaï it's always nice to rest at the pool but not really here.
Now the price we paid was reasonnable and I found a really good deal for these 8 nights but for a little more I would have preferred to avoid spending such a long time in the metro and taxis and have a better pool to relax with the children.
