extremely rude staff - do not stay here!!!

i arrived early before the 2pm check in and they wanted to charge me 200 dirhams for early check-in (whether or not the room was already vacant). the staff were extremely rude - i have never encountered hotel staff like this anywhere in the world!! - and i travel very often. i spoke to them in a normal and nice manner, but they simply ignored me and didn't even look at me when speaking to me. as a tourist and a hotel guest they treated me worst than you would talk to a homeless person on the street. save your money and stay somewhere else!!!

uncomfortable. Very expensive hotel. Breakfast not included. They do not even provide drinking water. I had to buy a crate of drinking water from a nearby grocery store and keep in my room. Also the hotel is noisy. The hotel is very very far from the nearest metro station (union metro). It is about 35 minutes walk to the station. Or you have to pay 10 AED to go to the station by taxi. Better to book a hotel close to the metro station and save at least 20 AED per day.

Terrible, very very loud
The hotel itself was ok, the rooms were fine, lobby was ok

Terrible. I was there for business in Dubai. I was very tired and needed sleep. Every night I could feel the bass and very loud music from the downstairs. I asked the staff 3 times to have the music down but they didn't do anything. This lasted until 3am both nights I was there. I would never ever stay there again. I was unable to get the one thing I needed for both nights and that was a good sleep.
