Adequate hotel, but don't expect much
Relatively close to airport, staff spoke English, air conditioner worked well
It was ok, seemed to be an older hotel that has undergone a few face lifts. There were spots, soiling, and general unclean condition. It is relatively cheap place though.

We had a short and pleasant stay, enough to break our journey and do a little sight-seeing. The room was good, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Noisy at night, because of the clubs... Noisy housekeepers early in the morning... Dirty sauna,showers in health club is not working... Rude front desk crew...

It was rather disappointing. 1. Front Office team; I understand that you guys are trying to do your job. However, the impression given came off as very rude. The receptionist was just trying to rush his work and didn't pay any attention to guest needs. Calling the reception doesn't help at all. No one picks up the phone. 2. 3 star hotel? Seriously? I've seen 2 star hotels that are way better than this. Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel was unsightly. I was shocked looking at the sign "3 Star Hotel" outside the door and entering looking at the state of the lobby. It's dark and gloomy as if a funeral has just occurred there. 3. Lastly, the standards of the room. Bathrooms have moldy and broken tiles. The room was carpeted but it felt like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I'm so glad that I'd only stayed for one night. I couldn't wait to get out of the place. Also, for those looking for a quiet stay in this hotel, forget it. The bars and pubs below are very noisy, even if you stayed on the top floor. However, on a side note, the bellboy was super helpful and help me with my luggage. Funny how the bellboy makes the stay tolerable. I strongly won't recommend this hotel for anyone.
