Never experienced friendly, helpful, and authentic hotel staff like this before (and I am a frequent business and leisure traveller). Even support staff had always a smile and warm words. Breakfast is excellent and internet cafe has good food & beverages. THe hotel seems really to care about its guest- not only a lip service.
