Unforgettable moments in Dubai. Never experienced friendly, helpful, and authentic hotel staff like this before (and I am a frequent business and leisure traveller). Even support staff had always a smile and warm words. Breakfast is excellent and internet cafe has good food & beverages. THe hotel seems really to care about its guest- not only a lip service.

What a disappointment

Very unimpressed - I seemed to spend my time complaining as: the hotel room door would not lock, the kettle lid was broken and I nearly scalded myself, the loo was difficult to flush, the basin plug needed repairing. I could not use my laptop at the desk because the chair was too low. My taco salad contained unripe avocado which was inedible. The front desk staff need to learn to smile. Beware Dubai taxi drivers who refuse to give change.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the Metro if at all possible - thereby avoiding the frustration of trying to find a taxi.
