every thing was nice in general but few detailes need to be addressed.
1- when i complained about aircondition unit not working they send immediatly maintenance engineer who explained to me that if i need 21C temp then i need to adjust the tempture on the therostate on 19C.which worked right. but is this system acceptable????
2- when i asked to extend the check out time to 2pm they agreed and i was greatful. but when i came to the hotel at 1.30pm to pack and check out ,i found the electronic key not working. this was not convience to me to loose time to go down and reactive the key.
3- during checking out i found that they charged me an invoice from the bar which i did not order . it was not convient to me to wait until they found their mistake.
otherwise every thing was nice and comfortable.

Ideal for Dubai International ExhibitioN Centre
Two good restaurants, spacious and clean rooms, near to Burj Dubai and Shopping Arcade

the hotel was very clean and the bedroom was spacious and well equipped. ideally placed for the metro service, dubai international exhibition centre and the shopping complex at burj dubai.
two good restaurants however also near to a good number of smaller boutique restaurants and cafes.
hotel prices were expensive for food and drink. check out took some time as they questioned the breakfast included fare which i had prepaid with agoda.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Spice Market in the old town.

Hotel was in very good location,- we did stay there for sun bath only one morning due to chilling wind. Location is good for business, sightseeing or shopping, it was worth to use Dubai Metro (with taxis of course)
Shopping Tip:
use the dubai metro to reach other shopping malls than dubai mall - with metro you can reach at least bur juman, deira city centre, mall of emirates, ibn battuta mall. it is difficult to go by metro to dubai mall - use taxi instead of metro!!

the hotel was very nice place for staying if you want to come with your family for shopping because it close to the big shopping center such as Dubai mole. at the same time the food was good good also.

Good location resulting in cheap cab fares to and from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalife and the Old Town.
Internet charges in the room are really expensivge, about 100+DHS for 24 hrs so if you need the internet be weary.
The bar and pool on the roof of the hotel has great views of dubai and prices for drinks are reasonable.
