wi fi is only in cofee shop. which is not the good for a business traveller.
they will not provide even a single water bottle complimentry.
The sauna is not good and clean.

Room service is very poor, needs at least two bell boys, at present only one. During morning peak hours only one person on reception. Others chit chat. Good hotel and room, but poor service.
