Very reasonable price for a family. The construction around the area causing inconvenient at this time. The offer I received through agoda was very attractive and the price I paid worth it. If I make another visit to Dubai and get the same offer I will stay again in Golden Tulip Hotel.
Travel tip : do not miss visiting the area around Burj Dubai.

A short sandy walk to the Mall of the Emirates where there is all you could need including an indoor ski park and really really good coffe at Costas Coffee shop in the mall the construction stops around it this is my frist time for me to stay in Golden Tulip Hotel Al Barsha, the area is not crowded, no disco, very quite...and its for families. the restaurant , howver, most restaurants have hotel deliver service

No street. dusty, dificult to find. Room are bit small and look, smell odd. Roads must be provided and it must be stated cleary at the maps. About the price it could more cheaper.
Shopping Tip : Close to Mall of Emirates, if you were not lost or your taxi find his way back to the hotel.

Had an upgrade to a suite, so that made life more comfortable; hard to see from the road thus for taxi drivers; site is still under construction.
Shopping Tip : Near the Mall of the Emirates.

I had to move 3 times and finally they gave me a suite on the 6th, (highest) floor but I could still hear the thumping of the night club until 3am. The rooms are very nice and good value but until the construction stops around it I really wouldnt bother. the breakfast was also Stone Cold only 5 minutes after they openend too.
To their credit the manager was very nice and organised another hotel for me of a lower standard but at least it was quiet.
If the constant boom boom of the nightclub doesnt bother you then this is a nice hotel
