booked the golden tulip al barsha hotel as i read it was close to the mall of emirates and also close to a metro-station.
the price was also not too bad, the hotel has a bar and nightclub,if you are into more night life , there are plenty of taxi's around.
the pool was pretty small, but apart from that it was fine.
Shopping Tip:
Mall of Emirates is very close by , 5 mins by Taxi.

No transportation to the airport

The main reason that I chose this hotel was for airport transportation which it's mention in the web but unfortunately I pay for taxi in coming and going back to the airport .
May be I was wrong because when I wrote in the remarks in the reservation this sentence " please pick me up from the airport " without mentioning the time of arrival so I called them at the time I reached the airport but it was fax number in the web but when I finished declaring the passport and luggage in the way out finally I talked with them they said I had to wait for more than half an hour or more so I came by taxi .
Now, when I was in the front disk checking in I asked for transportation to the airport for next morning they said that I had to make arrangement before two days in advance which it means I had to pay for taxi.
Truly, I was very disappointed .
