I had to ask for something few times and most of the time I even did not get what requested for. Lack of service is spoiling the overall feeling of staying in this hotel, I would not give it 4*.

Families with young children Nigeria, March 04, 2013	Great location crap service Best thing about this hotel is that it was opposite subway resturant and a supermarket and room sizes are not bad 5.7 Bad housekeeping they clean rooms at 12midnight a hotel apartment with no drinking glasses bowls forks nothing. The porters don't lift a finger to help when you have bags to carry. Poor guest relations.
